ENROLMENT REQUIREMENTS PP - Yr 6

FOR ALL ENROLMENTS, WE REQUIRE A COPY OF:

  • Your child’s birth certificate, or if born overseas, a copy of your child’s passport and Visa Sub Class Number.
  • Baptism Certificate if your child is Baptised.
  • Immunisation Records from the myGov website
  • The last two school reports
